A reservation deposit of $300 minimum (depending on the length of your stay) is due with the reservation. The balance will be due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
A cleaning fee of $98 is added to each reservation plus a fully refundable security deposit of $20, which will be returned after inventory and damage check and within 5 days of check out.
Cancellation must be received 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date in order to receive a full refund minus $75 cancellation fee.
