A private ocean side pool with hot tub, lounge chairs and BBQ area are part of this serene complex. This secure complex offers a keyed elevator and assigned covered parking.
The master bedroom has ocean view right from your comfortable King bed. It has a large closet and all linens are provided. Enjoy preparing meals in this well equipped and view oriented kitchen.
Right next to the Banyan Tree Condos there is a county park with a small sandy beach and many lovely tide pools plus easy entry into the ocean for swimming or surfing.
You may also enjoy many lovely beaches along scenic Alii Drive where you can swim (also with the sea turtles), snorkel or surf in the warm and clear Pacific Ocean. There are many shops, Farmer’s Market, Theatres, great Restaurants, Golf and Tennis and May activities near by. Banyan Tree is located between Kailua-Kona (about 2.5 Miles North) and Keauhou Resorts (about 2.5 Miles South)

Minimum stay 5 nights. Minimum stay is negotiable if between existing reservations.
Ironman event from October 5th to October 15th 2007. $210 per night. 1 to 4 persons. Minimum stay 7 nights.
Rates will increase by $10 after Dec. 20th 2007.
Cleaning fee: $ 98 double occupancy. $120 for 3 or 4 persons.
Security Deposit of $ 200.00 ( fully refundable within 4 days of departure and after inventory and damage check.)
A reservation deposit of $400.00 minimum (depending on the length of your stay)is due with the reservation. The balance will be due 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
We accept personal checks, money orders. bank transfers Visa, Master Card and Discover Card.
There is a 3 % booking fee with credit card payments on the remaining balance, but not on the initial deposit.
Cancellation must be received 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date in order to receive a full refund minus 75.00 cancellation fee. Owner can not be held liable or resposible for any construction, repairs or issues arising outside of her condo # 404.
