Cancellations/refunds/deposits: Full refunds are given if cancellation is made 60 days prior to arrival. After that you will receive a full refund only if the suite is re-rented. A $200 refundable security deposit is due at the time of booking to hold your reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
