By honoring the commitment to hold your booking, We may be turning away other requests for the nights reserved. For that reason, cancellations made outside of 2 weeks are subject to a one night charge. Full refund, minus a one night charge, will be made when rebooking occurs for cancellations made inside of 14 days. Otherwise, you may be held responsible for the full amount.
To avoid any monetary loss if your plans have to change, we suggest purchasing travel insurance. If you buy travel insurance from our affiliate we'll refund the cost of the insurance if you need to use it for your Dragonfly Ranch reservation cancelation.
Like most B&B's, we try to adhere to a 3 night minimum stay. If that is not possible, there is a $20 surcharge. Also, $20 per night is charged for each additional person over double occupancy
