Diver Dans Bed and Breakfast - Hawaii's Big Island

The B & B is perched on a small promontory in order to take full advantage of its magnificent ocean views. The great room located in the center of the B & B serves as the common area. The room consist of a series of columns and glass doors. All opening on to an enormous lanai fronted by a 60 ft lap pool all of this including all rooms lookout over the pacific. Each room has a king size bed and large private bath. Also a wet bar with sink and refrigerator. Both rooms have two private entrances. Food: A breakfast buffet is served each morning. Beginning with coffee, island fruit juice, and then a selection of pastries breads and fresh island fruits. Breakfast is available from 7:00 am for the early risers till 10:00 am for those who like to sleep in.

There are three beaches near by. The first is located directly below the B&B with great snorkeling and diving. Next is Ho'okena beach, most tourist drive right on by without even noticing the sign .The beach sits in a small bay with powder white sand Excellent snorkeling and plenty of dolphins to watch or play with. Last but not least is my personal favorite. I've lived in Hawaii 21 years and haven't found one to match it. It requires a 15-minute walk on the old kings trail. It has black and white sand beaches, incredible snorkeling, and completely palm fringed. But the spinner dolphins are what really make it. They just love to play. So you can sit and watch them all day long. Odds are you will be the only people on the beach. So enjoy.

Kayaks are always available just down the road. Scuba Diving either boat dive or shore diving is great here. Just ask Dan he can help you out. Complete snorkel gear is available at no charge to guests. Dan also offers snorkeling lessons right there in the pool. There is plenty of fishing here on the Kona coast Just tell Dan what your looking for and he can probably set you up. Of course we have golf courses galore. Enough said. The one thing you cant miss is a trip up to the volcano this is a must see. There are lots of other activities out there but my finger is getting tired
