Our adorable cottage is very private with unlimited ocean views and will delight honeymooners and lovers of all ages. Let your eyes feast on the surroundings and let the ocean soothe your sleep. Wake up to birdsongs and spectacular sunrises or watch the full moon rise over Kalihiwai Bay. Birdlovers will spot the majestic albatross, frigate birds, shearwaters, boobies and the native nene geese, or see the occasional owl nesting in the valley next to the property and even hear the call of a pheasant. In the wintertime you will be able to watch humpback whales right from the lanai, and on calm days dolphins love to come and play in Kalihiwai Bay… often alongside playful humans.
The cottage accommodates 2 guest in a beautifully decorated space with a very comfortable king size bed. All my guests are very happy and many have returned. I am delighted to share this beautiful piece of paradise with you.
the beautiful Anini studio has been a welcome retreat for numerous visitors to Kauai’s Northshore, and many guests have returned. The property is unique and more breathtaking than even pictures can convey, and I am happy and blessed to share this “Kalani Honua” – Heaven on Earth - with my guests.
The rental is attached to the main house but has a separate entry and is on a different level from the main house. The house was designed for optimal privacy for my guests and for myself within the parameters of the building covenants in this area. I only rent out to one party at a time. There is a studio with kitchenette for 2 guests and an additional bed and bathroom for a larger group of 3 or 4 people. The studio has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $ 300.00 deposit is due within 7 days of booking, to confirm your reservation. Any loss or damage to the rental property will be deducted from your deposit. In case of damage the return of your deposit can take up to 2 weeks.
PAYMENT: Full payment is due no later than 60 days prior to check-in. If booking and payment are within 30 days of your check-in date, the funds need to be paid in “cash form” - Official Bank Check, Cashier's Check, Money Order, PayPal (FEE) or Bank Wire Transfer (FEE).
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: For cancellations prior to 60 days of your check-in date, your deposit will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations after rent due date will forfeit rent and taxes, unless dates can be re-booked.
The owner of the ANINI VISTA VACATION RENTAL is not responsible for natural disasters, such as hurricanes and flooding, or for bad weather and missed flights.
