Our Maitai restaurant and Manuia sunset bar offers fine food and cocktails and relaxed ambiance. The menus and buffets elaborated by our chef are a bridge between Polynesian and traditional cuisines. We prepare daily a variety of fresh fish, meats, salads and deserts.
