The sea breeze helps to keep the bungalow nice and cool, and for extra comfort there are ceiling fans throughout.
The shower, toilet and vanity unit are all separate. There is also a shower outdoors for those returning from the beach or simply to cool off.
This bungalow is well set up and ideal for a family holiday or a spot to enjoy with a group of friends.
Also on the property is a Studio Unit which adjoins the bungalow. The studio is cool and spacious featuring a modern kitchenette with electric hobs, microwave and full fridge/freezer. A king size bed, lounge furniture and air conditioning make this a comfortable space to enjoy your tropical holiday.
The location of this property on the Western side means you can enjoy those tropical sunsets, longer sunshine hours and generally get away from the prevailing South, South-East trade winds.
Positioned midway between the Rarotongan Beach Resort and the Edgewater Hotel, this property is handy to some great restaurants, local shops for basic supplies and excellent beaches.
The main centre of Avarua is only 9km to the North and the golf course is less than 6km away.
Your hosts Karyn and Richard Vinsen also own Island Car and Bike Hire. They have scooter, motorcycle, car and jeep rentals at very competitive prices.
